HTPD Drug Testing Policy

It is the policy of the Haddon Township Police Department to conduct reasonable suspicion and random drug testing of applicable employees contained within this standard operating procedure.

 

This SOP is in accordance with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Law Enforcement Drug Testing Policy revised December 2020, and New Jersey Attorney General’s Law Enforcement Directive No. 2018-2.

 

This policy shall serve as notification to all employees of the agency’s drug testing policy.
