Residents can access Haddon Township Police Department OPRA Request application electronically or at the police desk located on the lower level of the Township municipal building. Click here to download and fill out our form.

Completed OPRA request applications should be turned in at the desk or emailed to opra@haddontwp.com.  For further assistance, please call (856) 854-1176 ext.6277.

The fee for police reports and OPRA requests is 5 cents per letter-sized page and 7 cents per legal sized page.
